When you reach your limits and time is of the essence, Microvista brings industrial CT testing directly to you: Test many components quickly and non-destructively. The SCANEXPRESS is not part of a QA infrastructure, but rather a crisis tool.
The question is not whether you can afford SCANEXPRESS . The question is whether you can afford the alternative.
Until SCANEXPRESS is on site and you receive immediate analysis as a solid basis for decision-making.

Both options guarantee fast availability and demand-driven use. There is no CAPEX – only OPEX.

For technically strong customers: We enable your team. Knowledge transfer instead of dependency.

Is the component truly within tolerance – or only seemingly compliant?
Unclear wall thicknesses and hidden deviations prevent reliable approvals and lead to scrap or unnecessary safety margins.

Are internal defects functionally critical – or still acceptable?
Pores, burrs, or delaminations in highly stressed areas, especially in later sealing surfaces, lead to leakages, rework, or lost production.

Is the internal structure correct, is there an assembly error, or are foreign objects such as chips present?
Misaligned components or hidden assembly errors lead to functional issues that are not externally visible.

Is the joint permanently load-bearing – or only visually acceptable?
Incomplete laser welds, shrinkage cavities, adhesive interruptions, or soldering defects cause failures that cannot be detected from the outside.
Especially critical for safety-related or sealed connections – defects often only appear during operation.
"Our mobile CT is designed as a problem solver. Wherever intensive quality inspection is temporarily – often unexpectedly – required, it is available to our customers within a short time."
